Handmade in Humboldt County, CA from organic cotton/Lycra.  Great over tights or leggings.   Cowl neck can also be a big ol hood.  

XS: 31-33" hip/bust

S/M: 34-40" hip/bust

M/L: 41-46" hip/bust

XL: 47-52" hip/bust

*when taking your measurements, measure all the way around the biggest part of your bust and hips.
