All clearance/sale items/flatlays are final sale.  

If a regular priced item doesn't fit and you would like to exchange an item for store credit, email us at shopsacredempire@gmail.com and we will email you a pre paid shipping label to print at home.  Place the item in the packaging it came in, attach the printed pre paid label to it, and drop it off at any usps drop box.  Be sure to do this WITHIN 2 weeks of receiving it.  Once we receive the item and inspect it to insure it was never worn and tags are still attached, we will email you a gift card for the value. 

Custom orders are non refundable.  This is due to the fact that I have to special order fabric to fulfill them.  I am however, willing to do what ever it takes to ensure a custom order is made to perfection, even if it takes a few tries.  I'm happy to pay for the shipping to alter a custom piece in order to make it just right, as long as the customer provides me with the correct measurements.  Please do not order a custom item if you are not wiling to provide me with your measurements.

Once we inspect the item for stains, signs of wear, pet hair, stinky smells, and are able to confirm the item was not worn out/used, we will send a refund the card used to purchase.
